Zen and Yoga Extended Weekend Retreat

Thursday, September 30 - Sunday, October 3

Thursday 3 pm to Sunday lunch

with Eijun Linda Cutts and Patricia Sullivan

Join Patricia Sullivan and Eijun Linda Cutts as they joyfully offer their experience, guidance and companionship during an extended weekend retreat. At Green Gulch Farm we find the land, the zendo and the community environment all giving us the wonderful gift of renewal and we become bestowers of the gift of ourselves in a new way. The retreat begins with a yoga session on Thursday afternoon in the Green Gulch zendo followed by meditation, dinner in the dining room, and an evening gathering in the Wheelwright Center. On Friday and Saturday we will have two full days of practice together, with time for enjoying the beauty of Green Gulch, possibly including a sunset walk to the beach. Sunday morning after zazen, breakfast and tea ceremony, we will end with a restorative yoga session and lunch.

Patricia and Linda enjoy teaching together and sharing the many ways in which Yoga and Zen inform one another and, most importantly, how the practice supports the wish to benefit all beings.
